Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for keeping any and all contents that a package may include (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, shipping box, etc as an order was received) in the event of any discrepancies for what arrived. This is required for any help on any issues and a correct resolution to happen. Failure to do so will result in a decline from any possible insurance claims. 

Upon submitting an order we guarantee that the product will be packaged and shipped out within three business days. The only exception to this would be with release weeks (increased pending back orders for product), sales that incur increased orders, or on pre-ordered items for future sets or wave releases OR if you submitted an order with multiple items and we cannot ship out the order until it is able to be fulfilled.
